A must-have for fogeys of pre-teen girls

I can't advocate this book highly enough. I believe an earlier reviewer that it's very not a book for a 12-13 year old; it's good for those pre-pubescent 8-11 children. My daughter, age 9, and that i worked through this book along and she or he learned lots and is actually putting her new information to sensible use. With rates of depression, suicide, eating disorders, etc., growing thus frighteningly among teenagers and young ladies, it's incumbent on us as oldsters to allow our children a decent grounding before they hit the very laborious years of the first teens. This book is a wonderful tool to assist us do exactly that.
